I have a habit of showing up early to things I pay attention to, years before they become the conversation everyone is having. I notice where something real is starting to move, and I move toward it.
Once I'm in, I nurture and grow it. Through strategy, through my network, through my ability to tell a story that gets other people to care, through funding and partnerships I help build. Whatever I involve myself in tends to grow faster than it would have on its own. I find the work worth doing, then I do whatever it takes to make it flourish.

Center for Humane Technology
Supports AI safety advocacy, policy strategy, and public mobilization alongside Tristan Harris, the technologist and co-founder of CHT known for sounding the alarm on social media's effects on attention and society. Work includes CHT's international AI diplomacy efforts and the impact campaign for The AI Doc.

North Star
Founded in 2019 to build the first ethics infrastructure for the psychedelic industry. North Star's Ethics Pledge has drawn over 1,200 signatories from across the field. Now stewards a working cohort of psychedelic-sector CEOs and founders who meet regularly to develop shared standards for ethical business practice, treating ethics not as a compliance checklist, but as an ongoing, relational practice.

MAPS
Joined the board in 2026 after six years on staff, leading fundraising and strategy through the organization's MDMA-assisted therapy research and FDA review process. As a board member, she helps guide MAPS' governance at a pivotal moment for the field: 40 years after its founding, the organization is expanding research and access globally while continuing to advocate for broader drug policy reform and equitable access to care.

Advises the early-stage venture capital firm across its two core focus areas: AI safety and frontier mental health, including psychedelic medicine and neuromodulation. Lionheart backs ethical founders building technologies aimed at long-term human flourishing, bringing North Star's ethics framework to bear on how the fund evaluates and supports the companies it invests in.
